I wanted something with multiple layers, like an onion, and something I could do a mirror image, easily draw with customizable tools, control opacity, etc. found it! This is great!!! Everything I wanted and plenty more I havent used yet!!!

One of my favorites! I like that there are so many options to edit and add effects. Very good photo app.

There are a few glitches with the redo button (though it might be temporary, idk) and some of the drawing tools look really bad when I turn down the opacity.

It was good till the updates!

This is my favorite app to edit photos! Easy to lay text, add additional photos to make a collage, lawyer photos on top of each other, lots of filters to play with. Its perfect.

Pics art is an amazing and easy app to use. It has almost everything you need to edit like drawing, cutting and pasting. And like I said it is really easy to use.

All of sudden since yesterday it keeps crashing. I tried deleting & re-downloading & it still keeps crashing when Im trying to pick a photo.

I loved that it let me go back to what I was working on even if I didnt save it and closed the app. What is that feature gone?!?! I didnt get the app for the social aspect.. Otherwise its excellent, but bring back that feature!!! Sincerely, Girl who forgot to save and closed the app...
